The employee's contribution to the organization is immense; he/she is responsible for the overall growth and success of the company. Without its human resource no company can exist. How often do organizations remember its employees who lose their lives in unfortunate events like accidents other mishaps? At best what companies do is they provide some compensation.

Mindfire Solutions has gone a step beyond and has initiated some efforts as a remembrance for its former employee, Debasish Das who lost his life in a road accident last year. Debasish was an extremely hardworking and talented employee and one of his last wishes was to conduct an IT quiz among students. Hence, Mindfire Solutions presents the "Debasish Das Memorial IT Quiz" contest. This quiz is conducted by Mindfire Solutions in association with MarchAhead (a quizzing organization), with potential media partners being Times of India (print) and RedFM (radio). All Engineering, MCA and Management graduates of Odisha are eligible to participate in this quiz. This is a full day event with heavy cash prizes to be won by the best 3 teams. This event will be held at Rotary Bhawan, Unit-9, Sachibalaya Marg, Bhubaneswar on 6th of March, 2011. We hope to make this an annual event.
