Hey friends!! Anyone watching DD6 Oriya these days? How are the programs now a days. It has been years since I watched Oriya TV programs. Naataka, Films, Odia news, mainly... Paalaa daasakathiaa ghoda-nacha were also coming on odia tv.

Some of the people like the DD6 ORIYA programme yet.My grand mother (85 years old) is now searching the traditional PALA,DASKATHIA programme on the oriya channels,but she is unable to get such good programme.
Every channels are now busy to show the modern lifestyle of people.
DD6 programmes are somewhat diff.It is trying to hold the old traditions,oriya culture etc.

In my view,every ORIYA should watch the DD6-oriya programme for some time .It contains various informative programmes along with entertainment programmes.
The typical oriya culture is reflected in the various programmes like small play,drama etc.
Often the govt.advertisements display inthis channel.
