All those oriya guys are feel they are rather slightly built or think they are overweight,can hit the gym on a regular basis.Working out one hour everyday for atleast five days a week can work wonders.
So all those guys and gals who wanna stay fit can follow a physical and dietary regime for good health.Afterall health is wealth and a healthy body
leads to a healthy mind.So go ahead and pump some iron.
P.S :Ofcourse you have to take instructions from physical trainers.I am no great bodybuilder myself but I try.
I also go to gym regularly to keep myself fit.
There is a golden rule regarding health -"An apple a day keeps doctor away". Its really true guys.So make it a habit of taking an apple per day.
