Valentine's day celebration in the hotels of BBSR & CUTTACK

Now the Valentine's day has been added in our festival list. Some are advertising against this type of western culture, but in the metros like BBSR, CUTTACK there are big arrangements by star hotels. What is your opinion about this? :?:
