Kartik Moharana honoured for his bravery by Odisha CM(Chief minister Naveen Patnaik) at the state secretariat. He acted as brave man in a recent chain-snatching incident in Bhubaneswar.
Kartik Maharana nabed the armed robber who was trying to snatch away a necklace from a woman. Nobody was coming to nab the culprit though there were many people watching the incident, but Maharana tried and got bullet injury in his thigh. This incident is examplary.
