Bicycle to every tenth class girl

The chief minister of Odisha, Mr Nabin Patnaik has announced to give bicycles to each girl student of tenth class.
Every govt high school and aided high school will be benefitted by this scheme.
The tribal boy students will also get this. Only not available to general category boys.
