The second phase Budget session of Odisha Assembly restarts from today & It will continue till 7th April.
On the start of the session Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik brought the condolence motion for the former Binika MLA. The move was supported by the Opposition Leader Bhupinder Singh and other opposition members. The House, later, observed one-minute silent prayer for the late leader.
