QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN CENTRAL SCHOOLS

hi to all...........,
In central schools,as the teacher are central govt. employee,they draw a good amount of salary from the govt.How they teach in their schools? People are talking that there is no such good education in these schools.

whatever the quality of education,it is not important.the parents of students are running to get their child admitted in those schools.why this is happening?
whether the fee structure in central school is less than the other ?.
