Posting of new sikhya sahayak in Odisha,2011-12

The govt has advertised for so many posts to appoint new sikhya sahayak in Odisha. Applications are invited from trained graduates & trained +2 pass students of all catagories, but Un-trained candidates from Sc/St only. Why they avoid the mass general catagory students?

Recently a large number of candidates got engagement as sikhya sahayak in different districts. Will they face the Teacher Eligibiliy Test?

The newly appointed siskhya sahayaks have to go througy the Teacher Eligibility Test.
