Employment in different companies of ODISHA

Namaskar,
I am PRADEEP SAHU.I have come to this forum with a top news for the Odiyas.I think most of our ODIA brothers have known it.I search many sites of diff companies & came to know that it is very sorrowful for us that most of the posts, (various officers post as well as the general posts are occupied by the NON_ODIYAS.

IT IS WHY?

The LAND is our.WE LEAVE OUR LAND FOR DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES,BUT THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATES OF OUR STATE CAN NOT GET A JOB IN THE SAID INDUSTRY.

PEOPLE SUGGEST HERE PLEASE.

Mr Sahoo,
I agree with you.I have also marked it.I think the the company head employs people according to their own wish.
